Based on the true story of Ma Barker and her sons, police officer, Alvin Karpis, played by Frank Stallone rode this bike with pride! Pursuant to movie set regulations, a kill switch, 12 volt battery & modern electronics were added without altering the original effects. For over 25 years prior to the movie assignment, this Harley was kept among a few other collectible motorcycles on the show room floor of a local dealership. It has been family owned & kept in dry storage since. This bike is RARE! If you have done the research, you will know that very few Harleys of this model and condition still exist. There are some non-original parts on the bike. The front end forks, fender & wheel (complete assembly) are of a later JD model, probably a 1934 model. There is a custom muffler attached to it currently. The original muffler will be included with this purchase. Please e-mail with questions. |
